Within the framework of the 2023 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe II Council on behalf of the Minister of Public Health hereby launches a Request for Quotation for EQUIPPING OF HEALTH CENTERS IN LIMBE II
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is: 20,000,000 FCFA
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.
Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2023 financial year. Budget head No: 5740 047 06 641931 524412
Interested eligible bidders may consult the tender documents during working hours 7:30 am-3:30pm as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe II Council Office private secretariat of the Mayor, as soon as this notice is published
The file may be obtained from the Lin4be 11 Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of (thirty-four thousand(34,000) FCFA, payable at Limbe II Municipal Treasury.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 07/03/2023 at 11.00 Noon local time by the Limbe II Council Internal Tender Board at the conference hall at Mokundange. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
- 10. A bid shall be rejected if:
- Absence of bid bond
Non-compliance of any Administrative document;(bidder is given 48 hours to furnish the board with it)
- The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of any quantified unit price.
Noncompliance with the model bid documents.
It carries any false information.
