The services, which are the subject of this quotation request, are financed by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority's Investment Budget, Fiscal Year 2017.

Each tender written in French or in English in seven (07) copies, one original and six (06) copies marked as such,
 must reach the Directorate General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Markets), located at Yaoundé Air Base 101
 no later than 25 AVR 2017 at 1 pm and shall bear the words:

The period for performance of benefits is set at thirty (30) days from the date of notification of the service start-up order.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender security
 issued by a first-rate bank or an insurance company authorized by the Ministry
 in charge of Finance, in an amount of two hundred thousand (200,000) FCFA.

Conformity of tenders

Any tender which does not comply with the requirements of the
Consultation Document will be declared inadmissible.

The opening of the folds will be done in one (01) time. The opening of the administrative, technical and financial documents
 will take place on  25 AVR 2017 at 2 pm by the Internal Procurement Committee of the CCAA in the conference room of
 that establishment located at Yaoundé Air Base 101.

Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice who has full knowledge of the file.

 from the date of the opening of tenders.
