FOR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF WASTE IN BELO MUNICIPALITY IN BELO SUB-DIVISION.

Within the framework of 2023 Investment Budget, the Mayor of Belo Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Equipment and Materials for the management of waste in Belo Municipality in Belo –Sub Division

The services of this Open National Invitation to Tender include the supply of EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS as:

         The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 10,000,000 FCFA (Ten million France)

The supply is as follows:

Supply of equipments for the supply of Equipment and Materials for the management of waste in Belo Municipality, in Belo –Sub Division

Participation to this Open National Invitation to tender is open to Enterprises with proven experience in this domain

1.       Funding: MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND PROTECTION OF NATURE

          This project shall be financed by the MINDDEVEL 2021 Public Investment Budget with budget head numbers. N°:_______________________and AUTHORIZATION N^o: _______________

The Tender file could be consulted in the Belo Council, Contract Award Service on publication of this invitation

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Belo Council, Mayor’s Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 20,000 (Thirty Two Thousand) F CFA into the Belo Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in Seven (07) copies including the original file and six (06) copies on the 15/03/2023 at 10:00 AM local time in sealed envelopes, in the Belo Council, Contract Award Service bearing on:

Bids will be opened on the 15/03/2023at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Belo Council, by the Council Tender’s Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives who have full knowledge of the files if they so desire.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
