the supply and delivery of cleaning products.

The object of the present tender is funded by the budget of the CCAA, fiscal year 2017,

line posting budget 30602 002.

For the provision of cleaning products buildings is a member

of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority

The deadline for delivery of supplies is seven (07) months from the date of notification

of the order of service to start delivery. Delivery will be on order of the employer and

according to the following programming:

-       First delivery: one-third (1/3) of the order must be delivered no later than one (01)

        month after notification of the service order.

-       The second delivery: one third (1/3) at the beginning of the fourth (4^th)

         months at the latest after notification of the service order.

-       The third delivery: at the beginning of the sixth (6^th) months after the service order.

A bid bond in the amount of two hundred thousand (200,000) Francs CFA

established according to the attached template,

issued by a Bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance.

The bonds are valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date limit of validity of offers.

Offers compliance

Any offer not conforming to the requirements of the request for proposal

will be declared inadmissible.

The opening of the bids will be a (01) only time. The opening of administrative,

technical and financial parts will be 24 AVR 2017 at 2 p.m.

Only bidders can attend this opening meeting or be represented by a person of

their choice with a perfect knowledge of the file.

Elimination of supply

Any financial offer below 10% of the average of all financial offers received

will be declared abnormally low and the entire offer eliminated.
