Within the framework of the 2023 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Council on
behalf of the Minister of decentralization And Local Development hereby launches a Request for Quotation for equipping of pavement fabrication workshop with paving bricks machine complete with
accessories - Limbe III Council
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is: 15,000,000 FCFA
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation
Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2023 financial year. Budget head No: 572710002641935524415821
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe III Council Office, as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the Limbe III Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of (thirty thousand (30,000) FCFA, payable at Limbe III Municipal Treasury.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is Forty-five (45) Days.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour I'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of three hundred thousand (300,000) FCFA
NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 28/03/2023 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe III Council office at Chop Farm — Bimbia. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
- Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of any quantified unit price.
Noncompliance with the model bid documents.
It carries any false information.
II. Main Qualification criteria
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:
1- Attestation of Solvency from a recognized bank not less than 10,000,000 FCFA Yes / No
2- References of similar jobs; Yes / No
3- Availability of spare parts and/or after sales service Yes / No
4- Experience of supervisory staff Yes/No
5- Methodology Yes / No
6- Turnover 10,000,000 FCFA Yes / No

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
