Within the framework of the 2018 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts Ndian on behalf of the Minister of Finance hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE OF MUNDEMBA
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies çarried out and out and detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 15 000 000 FRS for each lot.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by thePublic Investment Budget of the 2018 financial year budgetary head: 152 20 272 06 571930 2220 324

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian not later than at lu am and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contrasting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 300 000 CFAF per lot and valid Ibr thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the W. V2018 at lr am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
A bid shah be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It carries any false information.
It does not respect the model documents
- The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.
