The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 25 000 000 FRS for each lot.

A bid shall be rejected if:
- It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required; - It has any fake or forged document;
lt lacks any quantified unit price;
It carries any false information.
It does not respect the model documents
- 'The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncornpleted projects.
