Within the framework of 2023 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Bamenda II Council, the Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the supply of Medical EQUIPMENT to Ntambag Integrated Health Centre in Bamenda II Council Area Mezam Division of the North West Region

     The lot is unique as follows; The supply of medical Equipment to NTAMBAG INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE

Participation to this consultation is opened to Cameroon Size Enterprises that are in compliance with the laws of the land

This project shall be financed by the Ministry of Decentralization for 2023 Public Investment Budget with budget head numbers as follows.

The Consultation File could be consulted in the Mayor’s Secretariat; with cell No. 676244462 of the Bamenda II Council Office after the publication of this consultation

The file may be consulted and obtained in the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council Office with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 15.000FCFA (fifteen thousand Francs CFA) into Bamenda II Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the Quotation File

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in seven (07) copies including one (01) original file and six (06) copies on the 14/04/2023 at 10:00 AM latest time in sealed envelopes, in the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council bearing the inscription:

« CONSULTATION N°13/RQ/B.II.CITB/B.II.C/B.II.SD/MEZAM/NW/2023 OF 22/03/2023 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO NTAMBAG INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE IN BAMENDA II COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION

   To be opened only during the Tenders Board Opening session

The dead line of execution is thirty (30) days from the date of notification of this Jobbing Order to begin

          Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount of 160 000 CFA (One Hundred and Sixty thousand Francs) CFA per lotand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Bids will be opened on the 14/04/2023 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Bamenda II Council, by the Bamenda II Council Internal Tenders Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desired.

The bids will be evaluated inclusively/exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission
