Radio CommuniqueKindly broad cast the following announcement several times over your Radio Station, more particularly in headlines and in detail.TEXT; "The Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts for Menchum (Contracting Authority ofthe Divisional Tenders Board for Menchum) in the North West Region, hereby representing the State of Cameroon within the frame-work of the 2018 Public InvestmentBudget ("BIP 2018")has amended dates of submission and opening of bids for some projects as follows:-

Au lieu de ... Bids shall be opened by the Divisional Tenders Board for Menchum in a single phase for all lots, lot 1 and lot 2 in that order on the 8th February 2018 at 1pm local time in the hall atthe Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts, Menchum. Only bidders or their authorized representatives having a perfect knowledge of the file may attend the bid opening session. Note should be taken that in case of any ambiguities or differences during opening, only the original shall be considered authentic, that is,any bid which shall not comply with the requirements of the tender file shall be rejected. |
