14. Evaluation criteria
14.1. Eliminatory criteria
The eliminatory criteria are the following:
1- Absence or non conformity of a document in the administrative file after a period of 48 hours granted by the internal tenders board
2- absence of the bid bond at the opening of offers;
3- false declaration or forged documents;
4- Absence of a quantified unit price;
5- Financial capacity less than thirty-five million (35,000,000) CFA francs.
6- The non-validation of at least 80 % of essential criteria
7- absence of the declaration on honor of not having abandoned due to his own fault a contract during the last three (03) years 8- non respect of models
