Themaximumperiodfor the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.

Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued by a banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount are as follows:
- Lot 1: Four hundred and ninety eight thousand five hundred and sixty (498 560) FCFA;
- Lot 2: One hundred and sixty thousand (160 000) FCFA ;
- Lot 3; One hundred and sixty thousand (160 000) FCFA.

Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyofor further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids

The opening of bids by the Divisional Tender Board will take place on 22/03/2018 at 11:00 am local time in the Conference Hallof the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo.
This shall be done in one phase. Only bidders or their mandated competent representatives who have good knowledge of their files may take part in the opening session.

The evaluation will be based on pre-defined criteria, which will be scored on a total of 80%Yes. These criteria are presented according to headings, as follows:

• Eliminatory criteria

- Non-compliance of administrative documents
- False declaration or falsified documents
- Technical mark below 80% Yes
- Incomplete technical or financial file.
