Lot 1: Construction of a block of two (02) classrooms at GS Meme Balondo
Lot 2: Construction of a block two (02) classrooms at GS Diongo Balondo
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 20 000 000 FRS for each lot.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public Investme4tudget of the 2018 financial year budgetary head: LOTI : 521519701641906 2811 426 ,LOT

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian not later than 27/03/2018 at I4am and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Confra-cting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 400 000 CFAF per lot and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids
