The bids shah be opened in a single (01)phase on the 27/03//2018 at 1 pm local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price; It carries any false information.
