Invitation to Tender by emergencyprocedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS IN SOME NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS WITHIN MUNDEMBA COUNCIL AREA‑
NDIAN DIVISION
LOT I. CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GBNS MUNDEMBA
LOT 2. CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GBS MUNDEMBA TOWN
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is Lot 1: Twenty three millions (23 000 000) FRS. Lot 2: twenty three millions (23 000 000)FRS
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2018 financial year budgetary head: 52 15 196 02 641936 2811 426 for lot 1 and 52 15 197 01 641936 2811 426 for lot 2

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian not later than 28/03/2018 and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 460 000 CFAFfor each of the lot and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 28/03/2018 at t t am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
