Within the framework of the 2018 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public ContractsNdian on behalf of the Minister of basic education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS AT GS ISU
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20 000 000 FRS .
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the steject of this invitation tCé tender is three (03) months.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2018 financial year budgetary head: 52 15 197 01 641926 2811 426

The file may be obtained from the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Meme as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 35.000 FCFA for each lot, payable at the Divisional Treasury Mundemba.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 400 000 CFAF per lot and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the28/03/2018 at, 12 am local time by the Tenders
Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It carries any false information.
It does not respect the model documents
