The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 30 000 000 FRS for each lot.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the28/03/2018 at 1am local time by the Tenders
Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Ndian. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It carries any false information.
It does not respect the model documents
- - The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.
