CONSTRUCTION OF SOME CLASSROOMS WITHIN KUPEMUANENGUBA DIVISION
Lot 1: Construction of a block of two (02) classrooms at GHS NGUSI
Lot 2: Construction of a block two (02) classrooms at GSS MUABI
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20 000 000 FRS for each lot.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the

The file may be obtained from the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Kupe Muanenguba as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40.000 FCFA for each lot, payable at the Divisional Treasury BANGEM.

"To be opened only during the Bid - opening session
The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 13 / 03/ 2018 at 1 lam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Kupe Muanenguba. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be rejected if:
- It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It cardes any false information.
It does not respect the model documents
The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uneompleted projects.
H. . Main Qualification criteria
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:
Access to credit or other financial sources (10 million francs at least)
References of similar jobs;
Availability of material and essential equipment
Experience of supervisory staff
Methodology
Turnover as in business license above or equal to 10 million francs CFA;
Qualified personnel relevant to the job.
Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entai] rejection of the bid.
The Contract shall be awarded to the realistic lowest bidder who bas fulfils the Administrative conditions and has a mark of 70% and above in the technical evaluation.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
