Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the secretariat of Zhoa Council, on the publication of this tender. The tender files will be obtained upon presentation of a payment into the Zhoa Council's Treasury of a non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file and is Thirty thousand (30 000) Francs CPA. When obtaining the tender documents, bidders must get registered, indicating their full address (post office box, tel. n° fax n° etc.)

"To be opened only during the tender opening session"

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months. As from the date of notification to start work notified by the follow-up engineer or contract engineer

Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids and issued by a banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount is Two hundred and Fifty thousand (250000).

Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (03) months old of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the secretariat of Zhoa council, for further explanations on the required administrative documents before submitting their bids,

The opening of bids by the Zhoa Tenders Board will take place on 19/03/2018 at 1.00 pm local time in the Conference Hall of the Zhoa Council Building in the Zhoa Municipality of Fungom sub-division. This shall be done in one phase. Only shortlisted bidders or their competent representatives  who have good knowledge of their files may take part in the opening session.
