The State of Cameroon represented by the LORD MAYOR AKWAYA COUNCIL, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF FARMING INPUTS, MINOR EQUIPMENT AND PLANTING MATERIALS TO FARMER' ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN AKWAYA MUNICIPALITY.

FOR THE SUPPLY OF FARMING INPUTS, MINOR EQUIPMENT AND PLANTING MATERIALS. TO FARMER.

The project cost is 27 500 000.

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in medical equipment Supplies.

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the Public.. Investment Budget 2023.

The Amount of the project after preliminary studies is fixed at Twenty Seven Million, Five

Hundred Thousand Francs (27 500 000) FCFA.                            

The Quotation can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender, at the Akwaya Council Contracts Office, Tel: 670 939 602/ 678 281 420.

The file may be consulted during working hours^. at the Akwaya Council Chambers as soon as this notice is published.

With effect from the date of signature of this quotation upon presentation of receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of Forty-six Thousand (46,000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury Akwaya. A copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be attached to the Quotation.

The bidder shall submit 01 original (indicated as such) and 04 copies of the bid in English or French at the Secretariat of the contract unit of the Akwaya Council office against a receipt on or before 4/5/2023 at 9am. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription :

The offers or bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is One (01) Month.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file, of an amount of Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand (550,000) CFA francs a validity period for Thirty (30) days from the date they opened.

The bidder shall submit 01 original (indicated as such) and 04 copies of the bid in English or French at the Secretariat of the contract unit of the Akwaya Council office against a receipt on or before 4/5/2023 at 9am. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription :

The offers shall be opened in single phase. The opening of Administrative Offers (Envelope A), the Technical Offers (Envelope B) and Financial Offers (Envelope C) on 4/5/2023 at 10 am local time by the Akwaya Council Tenders Board situated at the Akwaya Council Conference Hall.
