The tender documents maybe purchase from the chief of Services or public contract of Kumbo Council,upon presentation of a receipt of payment into the Kumbo municipal treasury of a non refundable fee of Two hundred and forty thousand (240,000) francs CFA.

The said receipt must identify the payer as representing a consulting firm willing to participate in the tender.

The tender documents may be purchased from the chief of

The said receipt must identify the payer as representing a consulting firm willing to participate in the tender.

The bid shall be submitted withabid bond offourmillion eight hundred and seventy thousand(4 870 000) FCFA delivered bya banking institution recognised by MINFI and COBAC in the form provided in the special tender regulations. The bid bond shall remain valid 60 days after submission of the bids.

The bid shall be submitted with a bid bond of three million nine hundred and thirty thousand six hundred and fifty seven (3,930,657) FCFA delivered by a banking institution recognised by MINFI and COBAC in the form provided in the special tender regulations. The bid bond shall remain valid 60 days after submission of the bids.
