Within the framework of 2023 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Bamenda II Council, the Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the supply of Garbage Cans with Covers and Wheels in Bamenda II Council Area Mezam Division of the North West Region

1.       The unique lot is as follows

      The supply of Garbage Cans with Covers and Wheels for the Bamenda II Council.

Participation to this consultation is opened to Cameroon Size Enterprises that are in compliance with the laws of the land. 

          This project shall be financed by the Ministry of Small and Medium Size Enterprise, Social Economy and Handicraft for 2023 Public Investment Budget with budget head numbers as follows.

The Consultation File could be consulted in the Mayor’s Secretariat; with cell No. 676244462 of the Bamenda II Council Office after the publication of this consultation

The file may be consulted and obtained in the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council Office with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 18.000FCFA (Eighteen thousand Francs CFA) into Bamenda II Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the Quotation File. 

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in seven (07) copies including one (01) original file and six (06) copies on the ../../2023 at 10:00 AM latest time in sealed envelopes, in the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council bearing the inscription:

11.  Presentation of tender file:  the tender file in two volumes shall be enclosed in two sealed envelops

• Envelop A containing the administrative documents  (volume 01)
• Envelop B containing Technical (Volume 02)
• Envelop C containing financial Documents (Volume 03)

The Three (03) volumes shall then be enclosed in a single sealed enveloped bearing only the reference of the tender in question. The different documents of each offer shall be numbered as indicated in the tender file and separated by divider of same colours

The dead line of execution is thirty (30) days from the date of notification of this Jobbing Order to begin.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount of 200 000 CFA (Two Hundred thousand Francs) CFA per lotand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
