FOR THE SUPPLY OF ACCESSORIES FOR THE X-RAY MACHINE IN THE TOMBEL DISTRICT HOSPITAL
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is Eleven Million Fifty-One Thousand (11 051 000) F.
The supply which are subject of this open request for quotation is unique lot. 5.
Participation in this request for quotation is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical and financial capacities
The supply which forms the subject of this request for quotation shall be financed by the: SWRA BUDGET 2023. BUDGETARY LINE: 222200
The request for quotation may be consulted during working hours (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) in SWRA at the President's cabinet upon publication of this tender notice.
The request for quotation may be acquired from the President's cabinet of SWRA as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of Ten thousand francs ( 10 000) FCFApaid into Account of SWRA Treasury
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach the President's cabinet latest the 07/0612023 at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:
- Envelop A: administrative documents;
- Envelop B: technical offer;
- Envelop C: financial offer.
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be labelled imperatively as follows:

The deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the supply is three (03) months from the date of notification of service order to start work
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate Financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Request for quotation, and of an amount of: Two hundred and twenty-one thousand and twenty francs (221 020 F)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase.
The opening of administrative documents and the technical and financial bids will be on the 07/06/2023 at 11 am prompt local time by the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY (SWRA) Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a mandated person
- Absence of bid bond
- False declaration or falsified documents;
- Omission of a quantified item on the bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Incomplete administrative documents 48hrs after bid opening session
- Non-Satisfactory mark of Seventy (70) % of the main qualification criteria.
ii. Essential criteria
The evaluation criteria related to the qualification of bids will be binary as follows:
1 General presentation of the offer
2 Justification of the turnover of the company at least 10 000 000 F
3 Guarantee period of six months.
4 Pre financing Attestation of at least at 8 000 000 F
5 References of the Company
- General Reference of contracts of at least 10 000 000 F
6 Methodology and planning of execution of the supply;
7 Execution period less than or equal to that of the request for quotation; ( 3 months)

9 Technical sheet of the BULKY X-RAY TABLE proposed by the contractor
10 Technical sheets of the X-RAY CHEST STAND WITH BULKY proposed by the contractor
11 Technical sheet of the 35X43 X-RAY CASSETTE WITH REINFORCEMENT SCREEN proposed by the contractor
12 Technical sheet of the 35X35 X-RAY CASSETTE WITH REINFORCEMENT SCREEN proposed by the contractor
13 Technical sheets of the 35X43 BLUE FILMS proposed by the contractor

18 Proof of acceptance of the contract conditions
The Jobbing order shall be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bids is in conformity with the technical requirement of the request for quotation, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code.
The bidders shall remain committed to their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
Complementary technical information may be obtained during working hours on week days from the President's cabinet of the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY.
