The Government of Cameroon has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatoiy Development (GRASSFIELD II), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of the counterpart funds for this loan/ grant to payments under the contract for the consultancy services for the sensitization, training and organisation of village committees and groups of producers in water and land management in 4 selected production basins in the north-west region
FOR THE SENSITIZATION, TRAINING AND ORGANISATION OF VILLAGE COMMITTEES AND GROUPS OF PRODUCERS IN WATER AND LAND MANAGEMENT IN 4 SELECTED PRODUCTION BASINS IN THE NORTH-WEST REGION
The services included under this project are divided into five lots as follows:
Consultancy services for the sensitization, training and organisation of village committees and groups of producers in water and land management in 4 selected production basins in the north-west region
• Training community members in management of water supplies and operation/maintenance of water points,
• training of village committees, groups of women/youths on la: .d
management techniques and maintenance of irrigation schemes,
• Training caretaker committees in maintenance ofwater points,
• Training and equipping of community infrastructure management committees through;
a) Sensitize beneficiaries on the maintenance and management of infrastructures,
b) Creating and training of 55 road maintenance committees, and
c) Creating and training water supply management committees
The Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatoiy Development (GRASSFIELD II) as Implementation Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar
conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.

The duration of the assignment shall be twelve (12) months.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar
conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
