The works are defined within the norms and standards of construction of public contracts, in the general terms of order of works and bill of quantities and cost estimates in this contract

7.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the secretariat of Belo Council, on the publication of this tender, (door N° 304)

The tender files will be obtained on presentation ofa payment into the Council treasury ofa non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file and is Sixteen thousand (16, 000) Francs CFA.

When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must get registered indicating their full address (post officebox,tel. n° fax n°.etc)

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The tender files will be obtained on presentation ofa payment into the Council treasury ofa non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file and is Sixteen thousand (16, 000) Francs CFA.

Bids drafted in French or English in six( 06) copies, including one original and five (05 duplicatelabeled as such, must be submitted to the secretariat of Belo Council, against a duly signed receipt, latest 02/04/2018, before 10am.They must be labeled as follows:

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and Issued by a banking Institution approved by the Ministry In charge of Finance and whose amount One Hundred and Sixty thousand francs (160,000) FCFA

12.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the secretariat of Belo Council, for further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening ofbidsbythe Belo Council internal Tenders Board will take place on 02/04/2018 at 11:00 am local time in the Conference Hall of Belo Council. This shall be done in one phase. Only bidders or their competent representatives who have good knowledge of their files may take part in the opening session.
