The Government of Cameroon has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Farticipatoiy Development (GRASSFIELDII), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of the counterpart funds for this loan/ grant to payments under the contract for the consultancy services for the Training of specialized technicians, council personnel, and partners' senior staff of the decentralized structures in project planning, management, MSsE and technical issues.

FOR THE TRAINING OF SPECIALIZED TECHNICIANS, COUNCIL PERSONNEL, AND PARTNERS' SENIOR
STAFF OF THE DECENTRALIZED STRUCTURES IN PROJECT PLANING, MANAGEMENT, M&E AND TECHNICAL ISSUES.

The services included under this project are divided into five lots as follows:
Training of specialized technicians, council personnel, and partners' senior staff of the decentralized structures in project planning, management, M&E and technical issues
• Training of partners & Council personnel in project planning & Mgt,
• Training in Monitoring and Evaluation, and
• Training of specialized Technicians and senior staff of the decentralized structures

The Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (GRASSFIELD II) as Implementation Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may
constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.

The duration of the assignment shall be twelve (12) months.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
