The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase 21/06/2023 at10 am local time by the Buea Council Tenders Board in the Buea Council Chambers.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person with a written authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file
