The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Project Owner for delivery of the supplies forming the subject of this tender is thirty (30) days.

Each bidder must includ in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rank bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file an amount of 267 000 CFA F and valid for thirty days (30) beyond the date of validity of bids.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer...) in accordance with the special conditions of the invitation to tender...

Bid shall be opened in single phase on the 05/06/2023 at 14 a.m. prompt by the Council Tender Board located at the Act Room of Bogo Council, in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorized representatives

The Contracting Authority shall award the contract to the least distant bidder ATI without proposal of abnormally low offer, in compliance with the tender file

Bidders will remain commited to their offers for 90 days from the desdline for the submission of renders.
