The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed informations provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated costs after preliminary studies is 20,000,000 FCFA

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Service of Contracts* Award, Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Office Fako upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable sum of :35,000 FCFA. at the Limbe I Municipal Treasury or Divisional Treasury of Limbe.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Fako: Service of Contracts Award on 29/03/2018 at 11.00am local time and Iabeled.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at two (02) months

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of 400,000 FCFA.

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

NOTE: Any document poorly drawn-up, not bound as per Article 24 of the Public Contracts Code or not produced in Seven (7) copies shall be rejected.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 27/03/2018 at 12.00 mid day local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the office of the President. located at the Finance Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

- The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
