: ADDENDUM ON THE SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS
I wish to inform you that the submission and opening date for Tender No 002/ONIT/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2023 OF 17/01/2023 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD FROM NJENEFOR THROUGH NDEM TO BUJONG QUARTER (3.5KM) IN BAMENDA III COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION, previously scheduled to take place on the 15th of February 2023 has now been fixed for the 24th of February 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively.

Au lieu de ... The opening of bids shall take place on the 15/02/2023 at 11:00 am in the conference hall of the Bamenda III council by the internal tender’s Board.
The opening of bids will be done at once and in three stages: - Stage 1: Opening of envelope A containing Administrative document (volume 1), - Stage 2: Opening of envelope B containing Technical document (volume 2) - Stage 3: Opening of envelope C containing financial document (volume 3).
All the bidders can take part in this opening session or can be represented by one person dully mandated (Even in case of joint-venture) who has a perfect mastery of the tender file. |
