Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to all Camerians companies that have expeience in the execution of Boreholes equipped with manual pumps and/or cow troughs.
Works for this invitation to tender will be financed, by 2018 PIB resources through the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the Office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo, on the publication of this tender.
The tender file will be obtained on presentation of a payment into the State treasury of Fundong, a non-refundable sum of sixteen thousand (16 000) Francs CFA, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file.When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must get registered indicating their full address (post office box, tel. n° fax n° .etc)
Bids drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies, including one original and six (06) duplicate labeled as such, must be submitted to the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo,against a duly signed receipt, latest 03/04/2018. before 10 o'clock. They must be labeled as follows:

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.
Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued by a banking institution approved by the Ministry incharge of Finance and whose amount is one hundred and sixty thousand (160 000).
Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (03) months old, of the required administrati vedocuments must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the service for Award at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo, for further explanations on the required administrative documents, beforesubmitting their bids.
