The General Manager of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, owner, launched a request for proposal for the acquisition of the bands of lines for the terminals of Bafoussam and N’Gaoundere.

The participation in this consultation is open on equal terms to Cameroonian law firms in the benefits and facilities of the technical batches.

The object of the present tender is funded by the budget of the CCAA, fiscal year 2017, line posting budget 10207 007.

Each offer an original and six (06) copies marked as such, written in French or English in seven (07) copies must be sent to Executive of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), technical Direction (Sub-Directorate of markets), located at 101 Air Base in Yaoundé by the 1a.m. 10/05/2017 and must be marked:

The deadline for execution of the services is two (02) months from the date of notification of the order of service to start the services.

A bid bond in the amount of two hundred thousand (200,000) Francs CFA established according to the attached template, issued by a Bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance.

The bonds are valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date limit of validity of offers.

The opening of the bids will be a (01) only time. The opening of administrative, technical and financial parts will be 10/05/2017 a 2 p.m. by the Commission internally of procurement of the CCAA in the Conference Room said sis building at 101 Air Base of Yaounde.

Only bidders can attend this opening meeting or be represented by a person of their choice with a perfect knowledge of the file.

Bidders remain committed by their offer during 90's (90) days from the date of deadline for the submission of the offers.

Any offer not conforming to the requirements of the request for proposal will be declared inadmissible.

 Elimination of the offer

All financial bids of less than 10% of the average of all received financial offers will be declared abnormally low and all of the eliminated bid.
