Participation in this consultation is open on equal terms to Cameroonian law companies specialized in the provision of supplies and facilities of the technical batches.

The services, object of this letter - order are financed by the investment Budget of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, fiscal year 2017.

The deadline for execution of the services is sixty (60) days from the date of notification of the order of service to start the services.

The bid security is of three hundred thousand (300,000) CFA francs

The opening of the bids will be a (01) only time. The opening of administrative, technical and financial parts will be 09/05/2017 a 14 hours by the Commission internally of procurement of the CCAA in the Conference Room said sis building at 101 Air Base of Yaoundé.

Only bidders can attend this opening meeting or be represented by a person of their choice with a perfect knowledge of the file.

 NB: all financial offers which will be 10% lower than the average of all financial bids received as part of this request for quotation, will be declared abnormally low then eliminated.

1 playoff criteria

• The falsified parts or misrepresentation;
• Administrative documents incomplete or conform;
• Any financial offer less than 10% of the average arithmetic mean of all the financial offers.
• Technical offer with a score lower than 70% Yes

11.2 key criteria

• Overview of the offer;
• The list of managers (CV + Copies certified graduates);
• The list of materials
• The references of the tenderer in performing the services similar, accompanied by supporting documents (copies of contract + minutes of receipt);

Only technical bids with a score greater than or equal to 70% yes will be eligible for financial analysis.

Bidders stay engaged by their offers for a period of ninety (90) days, from the date of opening of tenders.

Conformity of offers

Any offer not conforming to the requirements of the request for proposal will be declared inadmissible.
