The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed
information provided in the technical specification s and the quantitative estimates. These
includes
-geophysical prospection
-Mobilisation and site installation.
- Drilling of the borehole
-Equipement of the borehole -Development and test of the flow rate --Elevation of the superstructure and storage tank.
-putting in function of the Structure. -formation of management committee

The tender is open to duly registered Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the ALOU COUNCIL OFFICE ,tel 677 839 236 Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Lebialem ,Regional Delegation of Public Contracts South West, ARMP Buea
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Secretariat of Alou council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of 30 000 FCFA, for the lot at the Alou Council Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven(07) copies including the one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of Alou Council in Alou, net later than the 05/04/2018 at 9 am a.m. local time and labeled
The maximumN/A period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (Months).
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'AfriqueCentrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 400 000' FCFA.For this lot with a validity period of Thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordante with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the Iast three months, otherwise they shall not be accepted.

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 05/04/2018 at 10 Oclock local time by the Alou Council Tender Board in the Conference Hall of Alou Council in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file.

Bid shall be rejected when the following are absent:
- Incomplete Aministrative documents
- Incomplete Financial documents
- The lack of bid security
- False declaration or forged Administrative documents

Evaluation of prices will be done considering the amount without tax and the contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction.
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
