The Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, Project Owner, is launching an application for the rehabilitation of the water well in Kribi.

Participation in this consultation is open on equal terms to Cameroonian companies specialized in the provision of supplies and installations of technical batches.

The services, which are the subject of this quotation request, are financed by the Investment Budget of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, Fiscal Year 2017.

The file can be obtained from the Directorate General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Technical Directorate (Sub-Directorate of Markets) located at the Air Base 101 in Yaoundé, (Telephone 222 30 30 90) Presentation of a receipt for the payment of a non-refundable sum of 25,000 CFA francs to account number 33598860001 94 entitled CAS-ARMP domiciled in all BICEC branches.

Each tender written in French or in English in seven (07) copies, one original and six (06) copies marked as such, must be sent to the Directorate General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Markets), located at Yaounde Air Base 101 no later than 08/05/2017 at 1 pm and shall bear the words:

The period of performance of the benefits is set at sixty (60) days from the date of notification of the service order to start the benefits.

The tender security is three hundred thousand (300,000) CFA francs.

The opening of the folds will be done in one (01) time. The opening of the administrative, technical and financial documents will take place on 08/05/2017 at 2 pm by the Internal Procurement Committee of the CCAA in the conference room of that establishment located at Yaounde Air Base 101.

Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice who has full knowledge of the file.

1Eliminating Criteria

·         Falsified documents or false statements;

·         incomplete or non-compliant administrative documents;

·         Any financial offer below 10% of the arithmetic average of all financial offers.

·         Technical offer with a score below 70% YES

               11.2Criteria essential

·         General presentation of the offer;

·         The list of supervisory staff (CV + Certified copies of diplomas);

·         List of equipment

·         The tenderer's references in the performance of similar services, accompanied by supporting documents (copies of contracts + acceptance reports);

Only technical offers with a score of 70% or more will be eligible for financial analysis.

NB: any financial offer whose amount will be 10% lower than the average of all the financial offers received in the context of this quotation request, will be declared abnormally low and then eliminated.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of tenders.

  Conformity of tenders

Any tender which does not comply with the requirements of the request for quotation will be declared inadmissible.
