1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2018 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts FAKO hereby launches a Request for Quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF SOME MEDICAL AND OFFICE EQUIPEMENT WITHIN MUYUKA MUNICIPALITY

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated costs of the supplies alter preliminary studies are:

Lot01 : 8,000,000 FCFA

Lot02 : 15,000,000 FCFA

4.Allotissement New(Additif)

The work is divided into two lots as follows;

LOT 1: FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE INTEGRATED HEALTH

CENTRE (IHC) MALENDE

LOT 2: FOR THE EQUIPPING OF THE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CENTER MUYUKA

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the

Public Investment Budget of the 2018 financial year. Budget head No:

7.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Office Fako, Service of Contracts Award, as soon as this notice is published.

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the office of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Fako as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non­refundable fees, payable at the Muyuka Council Treasury or the Divisional Treasury of Limbe of, Lot01 : 20000 FCFA

9.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Fako: Service of Contracts Award on 10/04/2018 at 11.00am local time and should carry the inscription:

 

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is one (01) month.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of

LOT 01:160,000 FCFA.

LOT 02: 300,000 FCFA.

NB: II is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 10/04/2018 at 12.00 mid day local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the office of the President, located at the Finance Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

14.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

A bid shall be rejected if:

It Jacks any Administrative document;

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

Absence of any quantified unit price.

Non compliance with the model bid documents.
