Within the framework of the 2018 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts FAKO hereby launches a Request for Quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF SOME MEDICAL AND OFFICE EQUIPEMENT WITHIN MUYUKA MUNICIPALITY
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated costs of the supplies alter preliminary studies are:
Lot01 : 8,000,000 FCFA
Lot02 : 15,000,000 FCFA
The work is divided into two lots as follows;
LOT 1: FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE INTEGRATED HEALTH
CENTRE (IHC) MALENDE
LOT 2: FOR THE EQUIPPING OF THE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CENTER MUYUKA
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.
5. Funding
Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is one (01) month.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of

NB: II is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 10/04/2018 at 12.00 mid day local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the office of the President, located at the Finance Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
A bid shall be rejected if:
It Jacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of any quantified unit price.
Non compliance with the model bid documents.
