The Managing Director of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, Client, is requesting a quotation for the supply of a 44 KVa generator at Kribi airport.

Participation in this consultation is open on equal terms to Cameroonian law firms specializing in the supply of electrical supplies and accessories.

The services, which are the subject of this quotation request, are financed by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority's Investment Budget, Fiscal Year 2017.

Each tender written in French or in English in seven (07) copies, one original and six (06) copies marked as such, must be sent to the Directorate General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Markets), located at Yaounde Air Base 101 no later than 11/05/2017 at 1 pm and shall bear the words:

The delivery time is fixed at two (02) months supply and installation, from the date of notification of the service order of start of benefits.

The opening of the folds will be done in one (01) time. The opening of the administrative, technical and financial documents will take place on 11/05/2017 at 2 pm by the Internal Procurement Committee of the CCAA in the conference room of that establishment located at Yaounde Air Base 101.

Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice who has full knowledge of the file.

NB: any financial offer whose amount will be 10% lower than the average of all the financial offers received in the context of this quotation request, will be declared abnormally low and then eliminated.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of tenders.

 Conformity of tenders

Any tender which does not comply with the requirements of the Consultation Document will be declared inadmissible.
