The Mayor of the Borough Council of Yaoundé I, the owner, is launching a request for quotation for the supply of 42 marching band equipment to the Yaounde 1st City Hall, under emergency procedure.

The service provided for this consultation consists of the following type and quantity:

- 08 Trumpets '' Sib '';
- 04 UT Slide Trombones;
- 04 "Bb" piston baritone;
- 06 Bass Reed Basses;
- 04 Alto Saxophones '' Mib '';
- 04 Tenor Saxophones '' Sib '';
- 04 Clarinets '' Sib '';
- 04 Small boxes (Drums);
- 01 Bass drum;
- 03 Pairs of cymbals.

Participation in this consultation is open to all Cameroonian law firms based in Cameroon.

The service covered by this consultation is financed by the budget of the Borough of Yaoundé 1, Fiscal Year 2017; Budget Imputation: II 222250, Other tangible fixed assets with a target cost of CFAF 16,000,000.

The file can be consulted during working hours with the Secretariat of the Communal Procurement Commission located at the secretariat of the Secretary General of the Yaounde City Council I as soon as this notice is published

The file of consultation can be obtained from the services of the Municipal Revenue of Yaounde I as soon as this notice is published, against payment of a non-refundable sum of 25.000 (Twenty five thousand) CFA francs, payable at the cash of the said Municipal revenue.

Each offer written in French or in English in six (06) copies, one (01) original and five (05) copies marked as such, must be delivered in a sealed envelope at the office of the Yaounde Mai Office of the mayor at the time of publication of this notice, no later than Wednesday, May 03, 2017 at 1:00 pm and shall be marked:

"To be opened only in session of counting".

The maximum period of execution envisaged by the Client for the realization of the works is of two (02) months.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender security issued by a bank of first order approved by the Ministry of Finance in the amount of CFAF 320,000 (320,000) and valid for thirty (30) days Beyond the original date of validity of the tenders.

In the event of rejection, the other administrative documents required must be imperatively produced in original or certified copies by the issuing department or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-Prefect,) in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the consultation file.

They must be dated less than three (3) months before the date of submission of tenders or have been established after the date of signature of the Notice of Consultation.

Any tender which does not comply with the requirements of this notice and the Consultation Package will be declared inadmissible. In particular, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the documents in the tender dossier will lead to the rejection of the tender.

The opening of the folds will be done in one time.
The opening of administrative documents and technical and financial offers will take place on Wednesday, May 03, 2017 at 14:00 hours by the Internal Procurement Commission, in the deliberation room of Yaounde I.
Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice.

The Order Letter will be concluded between the beneficiary and the Borough Commune of Yaoundé I
Represented by the Mayor of Yaoundé I.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for 60 days from the closing date for the submission of tenders.
