Within the framework of the 2016 budget. the Government Delegate to the Limbe City Council invites interested suppliers to tender for the supply of one double cabin pickup at the Limbe city council

The nature of the services involves the supply, transportation and handing of one double cabin pickup at the Limbe city council as specified in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost of the supply is twenty vine million (29,000,000) franc CFA

This tender is open to accredited enterprises which are dealers in such equipment and based in Cameroon.

The supply of the above shall be financed by the 2016 budget of the LIMBE CITY COUNCIL, head 222-100

Tender files can be consulted during opening hours at the secretariat of the Government Delegate Limbe City council, Tel: 233-33-25-36,1^st floor Limbe City Council main office Bota road from the date of publication of the tender notice.

Upon payment of a non-refundable sum of forty thousand franc Cfa (40, 000 fr Cfa ) to the municipal treasury of the Limbe City Council. While withdrawing the files, each bidder shah be bound to leave behind his complete address.

The bids written in English or French in seven copies [one original and six copies Iabeled as such] shah be submitted at the private secretariat of the Government Delegate and a receipt issued not later than the 14/09/2016 at 11 am local time and shah bear the inscription:

The duration of the supplies shall not exceed 30 days from the date of notification of the services order to commence supplies.

Each bidder should attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first

class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and featuring on the list of documents of the tender file, the bid bond is 580,000 ( five hundred and eighty thousand FR CFA ) All the bid bonds should be valid 120days after the tender submission deadline.

The other required administrative documents must be originals or certified true copies signed by the issuing service in accordance with the specifications of the special tender rules

and regulations, failing which shah be rejected.

Such document must be less than three (03) months old prior to the date of submission of bids and must have been issued after the date of signature of the invitation to tender.

Any bid that does not respect the prescription of this tender notice shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first order bank approved by the ministry of Finance or the non respect of the tender file documents shall Iead to a simple

rejection of the offer without any appeal entertained.

Bids shah be open in a single phase at the Conference Hall of the Limbe City Council on the 14/09/2016 as from 12 noon local time, by the tenders' board in the presence of all bidders who so wish, or their duly mandated representatives with a sound knowledge of their offers.

Main qualification criteria

Bids shall be rejected in case of:

-        Absence of one administrative document or non-conformity within deadline given

Falsified document

Absence of the authorization from the manufracturer

-        Absence of detailed specification sheet

-        Non respect of at least six ( 06 ) of seven (07) of the essential criteria Non conformity of one of the major technical characteristics as seen below :

Major technical characteristics

1- ESSENTIAL CRITERA

• Presentation of offer
• Attestation from bank to pre finance the supplies
• Delivery period at most 30 days
• Supplier references of similar services (03 ) justifying references within the last three years in the supply of similar vehicles
• Supplier has a dealer sales and maintenance facility located in Cameroon
• Supplier has provided at least a one ( 1 ) year guarantee for servicing and maintenance
• Supplier has establish a short-training program for drivers and mechanics before the said vehicle is delivered

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the deadline set for submission of bids.
