The supply of basic office equipment to the Regional Centre for Research and Innovation for the North West consist of; Executive table, Office chairs of leather or material clothing/immobile and non adjustable seat. Office tables, Secretariat table. Office chairs of leatherclothing/ mobile and adjustable seat. Window blinds,Office ice-free refrigerator, Red woolfloor carpet, Hard Wooden high table, High quality hard wooden table chairs. Conference chairs of semi leather or tissue material. Hard wooden conference tables and Highquality hard wooden centre table
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty Six Million Five Hundred Thousand (26,500,000) FCFA all taxes inclusive.
The supplies in one (01) lot defined as follows: The supply of basic office equipment to the Regional Centre for Research and Innovation for the North West
Participationis open under the same conditions to all Cameroonian companies and business concerns that have proven experience in the fieldof supplies
The The supply of basic office equipment to the Regional Centre for Research and Innovation for the North West, subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget for 2018.
The tender file may be consulted at the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the North West as soon as this notice is published.
The tender file may be acquired from the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the North West, upon presentation ofa non-refundable treasury receipt of Forty Four Thousand Five Hundred (44,500) FCFA. Such a receipt shall identify the payer as representing the company that wants to participate in the tender.
Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six(06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescription of the tender file should
be submitted against a roceipl at the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the North West not later than 12/04/2018 12 a.m. local time and shall carry the inscription;

The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authorityfor the deliveryof the supplies forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Two (02) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, abid bond issued bya first-rate banking establishment oran insurance company approved by the MinistryIn charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of Five Hundred and Thirty Thousand (530,000) FCFA and valid for thirty(30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
Subject tobeing rejected, documents inthe administrative file must include only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or competent administrative authorities in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. These documents mustbe less than three (3) months oldor established after the signing of the tender notice.
Any bid notin conformity with the prescriptions of the Tender File shall be declaredin admissible. Especially the absence ofabid bond issued bya first-rate bank approved by the Ministerin charge of Finance orthenon respect of the models of the tender file
documents shall lead toa pure and simple rejection of the bid.
The bids shall be opened ina single phase. The. opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids shall be done on 12/04/2018 at 1:00 pm. in the Conference Hall of the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the North West by the competent tender board. The evaluation of the bids shall be done in three (03) steps:
-1st step: Verificationof the conformity of the administrative file;
-2nd step: Evaluation ofthe technical file;
-3rd step: Analysis ofthe financial file.

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity to the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical quality, confer article 33 of the public contracts code.
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bid.
