The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No. 001/CDC/TSD/I.T.B/18 of 15/3/18 for the Servicing/Refilling of fire extinguishers and for the Servicing of Weighbridges and Scales for CDC Technical Services Department.

The work comprises of the Refilling/Servicing of fire extinguishers and for the Servicing of Weighbridges and Scales for CDC Technical Services Department

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Financial Institution authorised to

issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11. as follows:-

This National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises that have proven their ability in the execution of such works.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the CDC 2018 Budget.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender file at the CDC Head Office (Room 208), during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 15/3/18

as from 15/3/18 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 70,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC. Cameroon

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shah be deposited at the General Manager's Office on or before the 4/4/18 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at 12 months for Lot 1, 2 and 3.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11. as follows:-

The Bid Bond shall be issued by banks/Insurance Companies authorised to issue Bid Bonds for public Contracts. The Bid Bonds shall have a validity period of 120 days from the date the bids are opened. Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender shall be rejected.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shah be deposited at the General Manager's Office on or before the 4/4/18 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the CDC Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the 4/418 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed to attend the bid opening session.

NOTA BENE — The non-respect of 4 out of 6 of the above criteria which must include A, B and C shah result to the elimination of the offer.

This invitation to tender is divided into lots and a bidder can win more than one lot.

Bidders shah remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
