ADDITIONAL CLAUSE NO.03                   Bearing on the postponement of the opening date of the tender files N° 20/ONIT/B.II.C,ITB/B.II.C/B.II.SD/MEZAM/NW/2023 OF 11/05/2023 For the Extension of electricity to Alamandom Village Mankon, Bamenda II Council area, Mezam Division of the North West Regionby EMERGENCY PROCEDURE            The state of Cameroon represented by the Mayor of Bamenda II Council (CA) named as  «Administrator » Hereby decides as follows Article 1.  The present additional clause has as objective the postponement of the opening date of the aforementioned project due to correction of the Bill of Quantiites and Cost Estimate for the Extension of Electricity network to Alamandom on the 06/06/2023                                        Instead of Of the opening  on 06/06/2023 for Tender N° 20/ONIT/B.II.C,ITB/B.II.C/B.II.SD/MEZAM/NW/2023  OF 11/05/2023 For the Extension of electricity to Alamandom Village Mankon, Bamenda II Council area Read The bids shall be opened on the 13/06/2023 Article 2. That all bidders in possession of their tender file should report at the secretariat of the Mayor/SIGAMP for further instructions upon publication of this note. Article 3. That the opening times remain unchanged as in the tender files while submission of bids have been extended to on or before the 13/06/2023 at 10:00am Article 4. That this present additional clause is issued to serve the intended purpose.
