The opening of administrative documents, technical and financial offers will take place on 26/05/2022  at 2 p.m local lime by the Divisonal Commission of Procurement of the Moungo, in the DO'Office.
Only Bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice duly authorized.
a.       First part:
The opening of administrative and technical tenders shall be carried out in the presence of the tenderers or t heir duly authorized representatives.
b.      Second stroke:
Following the analysis of the administrative and technical tenders, the opening of the financial tenders will be carried out under the same conditions, at a later date, which will be communicated to the tenderers who have had the required legal capacity and who have obtained a technical capacity score of 70 points out of 100 ore more
Only one representative per bidder may attend this session
