The bidding documents may be consulted during working hours at the Directorate General Affairs Department of Patrimony and Archives, 3rd floor, room 302 of the building CFC headquarters, situated al May 20 Boulevard in Yaoundé, from publication cf this notice.
The tender file can be cbtered at the Directorate of General Affairs, 3rd floor, room 302 of the CFC headquarters, located at 20th May Boulevard in Yaoundé, upon publication of this notice, against presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable fee of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA in regional Headquarters and the towns of Dschang and Limbe.
Each offer drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies, one original and six (06) copies marked as such should reach the Department of Patrimony and Archives, room 302 3rd floor of CFC building not later than 25 OCT 2016 at 01:00 PM and should be marked:

The period of execution of the contract is twelve (12) months.
Each bidder shall submit with its bid, a bid bond of One hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) CFA francs issued by e first class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, with a terni of one hundred and twenty deys (120) deys after the filing deadline offers.
Subject to rejection, other administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (DO, SDO..), in accordance with the provisions of the Supplementary Regulatians of the Cail for offers. They must be dated less than three (03) months or have been established atter the signing date of the Tender Notice.
Any bid not meeting the requirements of this notice and the Tender File wiil be declared inadmissible. including the absence of a bid bond issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the failure models of parts of the Bidding Documents.
The opening of the administrative parts and technical bids will take place on 25 OCT 2016 at 02:00PM prompt by the internal Procurement Commission of CEC in room 502 at the VI floor of the head office building situated at 201h May boulevard in Yaounde.
Only bidders may attend the opening session or be represented by a persan with e perfect knowledge of the offer.
12, a Eliminatory Criteria
The selection of service proviciers will be basecl on the provisions of Article 33 (01) of the Public Contrants Code. The letters corresdonding comnnahols will be awarded te bidders whose offer will be declared technically corn pliant and the lowest bid.
Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the deaciline for the submission of tenders.
