As part of the exécution of the title, the Prefect of the Department of MAYO LOUTI, Delegated Master of Work and Contracttng Authority launches an Open National Offer Appeat in emergency procédure on behalf of the Municlpality of Mayo Oulo.

This workincludes the foUowing opérations:

- Site installation;

- Cleaning and earthworks;

- Sanitation and drainage;

- Work on the structure

- Signage and safety equipment work

The projected cost of the opération following the pre-studies is 200,000,000 CFA francs.

The work is in a single batch.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to Cameroonian companies established in Cameroon with experience in the field. The participation of companies in the form of a group or subcontracting is allowed in accordance with the régulations in force.

The work couered by this call for tenders will be financed by the MINTP ROAD FUND, Fiscal Year 2021

The deadline provided by the Master of Work for the completion of the work subject to thls tender is a maximum of four (04) months from the date of notification of the order of service to start the work.

Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a bid guarantee issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Mînistry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, amounting to four millions (4,000,000) CFA francs and valld for ninety (90) days beyond the original date of validity of the bids.

Under penalty of rejection, the documents In the required administrative file must be produced in originals orcertified copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-prefect, etc.), In accordance with the provisions of the Supplementary Régulations for the Call for Offers They must be less than three (03) months before the original bid date or have been establîshed after the date of the signing of the Notice of Call for Offers. The Delegated Contracting Authority will award the contract to the bidder whose bid has been found to be essentially in line with the Call for Offers file. The latter will have to have the technical and financial capacity to execute the Market satisfactorUy and the offer was assessed as the leasttelling, including the proposed discounts if necessary.
