Within the framework of the 2022 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Idenau Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 3 LOCKUP STORES AND A VIP TOILET AT THE HEAVY DUTY PARK IN IDENAU.
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 16 895 788 F CFA.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 340 000 F CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 09/05/2022 at 11.00 am local time by the Idenau Council Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall, located at Idenau Council premises. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
- 8. Evaluation criteria
i. Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks a bid bond in the Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of quantified unit price.
- It carries any false information.
- Enterprise has any abandoned project
ii.. Main Qualification criteria
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:
- Access to credit or other financial sources (8 million francs at least): Yes / No
- References of similar jobs: Yes / N
- • Availability of material and essential equipment : Yes / No
- Experience of supervisory staff: Yes / No
- Methodology Yes/No
v Turnover as in business license above or equal to 16 million francs CFA; Yes/No Non-respect of two .(02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid. NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favour of the binary method (Yes or No).
The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
