Within the framework of the 2022 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe I Council launches a Request for Quotation by Emergency Procedure

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is:19,000,000 FCFA

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.

Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year. Budget head

Interested eligible bidders may consult RQ documents during working hours as from 05/04/, at the Limbe I Council Office

The file may be obtained from the Limbe I Council as from 05/04/22,7:30-3:30pm upon notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of :30,000 FCFA, payable at Limbe I Municipal Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor Limbe I Council on 29/04/22 at 10: 00am local time and should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is SEVENTY FIVE (75) Days.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document V of this tender file of an amount of 380.000 FCFA

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 29/04/22 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe I Tenders Board in the Limbe I Conference Hall, located at the Limbe I Council Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

A bid shall be rejected if:

Absence of bid bond

The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);

It has any fake forged fraudulent document;

Absence of any quantified unit price.

Incomplete technical and financial offer when they do not conform will the specifics

Non compliance of administrative documents 48hrs after bid open sessions

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
