The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent open national invitation to tender for the supply of agricultural inputs equipment and Sales Van for CDC
The nature of the services involves the Supply, transportation and handling of the Agricultural Inputs and equipment as specified in the Technical Specifications in Doc 5 as per the following lots;

This urgent National Invitation to tender is open to Enterprises with experience in the supply of the above materials
The Supplies of the above shall be financed by the CDC 2022 Budget.
Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents on the CDC website at www.cdc-cameroon.com , or at the General Manager's Office (Room 209), CDC Head Office Bota Limbe, South West Region Cameroon during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 27/4/22 Bidders shall be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 144,000 FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The duration of execution of the supplies shall be within forty five (45) days delivery to the CDC Supplies Department Tiko from the date of notification of the service order to commence.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internal Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 25/5/22 at 2:00pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed.
- There is Absence of an Administrative document after 48hours of bid opening.
- They have incomplete technical offer/ Financial Offers
- They have falsified documents or false declarations
- They do not conform to the technical specifications
- They do not show proof that the Enterprise is registered with the State to supply agricultural inputs. (For Lot 1, 2, 3 and 6)
- Absence of Bid bond
Article 12: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Bidders shall respond clearly by YES or NO to the criteria set below.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS WHICH A BIDDER CAN WIN: Bidders are allowed to Tender for more than one lot and can win more than one Lot,
Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
