Participation in this invitation to tender is open to equai conditions in al! enterprises of Buildings and the Public Works, installed on the national territory.

THE MAXIMUM EXECUTION DEADLINE PROVIDED FOR BY THE PROJECT OWNER OR DELEGATED PROJECT OWNER FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS SUBJECT OF THIS TENDER SHALL BE FIVE MOTHS.

Each bîdder must include in his administrative documents, a bld bond issued by a first ratebank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the listin document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 150 000 F CFA, where need be; contract in accordance with the order in force, the Project Owner the conditions for the invitation and valîd for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuîng service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer...) inaccordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invitation to tender. They must not be older than three preceding the original date of submission of bids (3) months or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice. Any Incomplète offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shaii be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of abîdbond issued by a first-rate bank approved'by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The bids shall be opened in single phase. The opening of the administrative documents and the technical and financial on 30/05/2022 at 11 o'clock local time by the Tenders Board of Figuil town, in the room of the meetings. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

■ Non-compliance of the submission to the DAO model;

■ Absence of a quantified unit price.

The Mayor of Figuil CouncU will award the contract to the bidder whose offer has been recognized in substantial compUance to the tender file and which has the technical and finandai capacity required to perform the contract satisfactorily and whose supply has been evaluated the less so-called including applicable proposed discounts.

Bidders rernain committed by their offer for 90 days from the date of deadline for the submission of the offers.
