Within the framework of the Execution of the 2023 investment budget of the South West Regional Assembly, the President of

the South West Regional Executive Council hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 013/ONIT/SWR/SWRAIITB/BUEAI2023 OF 27/03/2023FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 12 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN BOVA, FAKO DIVISION.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works that are subject of the present tender consist of the supply and INSTALLATION OF 12SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN BOVA, FAKO DIVISION comprising precisely of the following:

ü PREPARATORY WORKS

ü SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

ü CIVIL WORKS

ü MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The total estimated cost of each of the lots after preliminary studies is Twenty million (20,000,000) FCFA

4.Allotissement New(Additif)

The works of this tender are constituted in a single lot thus: FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 12SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN BOVA, FAKO DIVISION

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Works which formed the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, 2023 financial year through budget head (imputation) N°. 220150

The file may be consulted during working hours at the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building, Buea, Tel: 233 32 61 86 as soon as this notice is published

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the same address above as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 20,000 (Twenty thousand) francs CFA, payable at the South West Regional Assembly Treasury

10. BID BOND:

Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shall be withdrawn not later than fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract and that of the successful bidder shall be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided

11. SUBMISSION OF BIDS :

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building

not later than 27/04/2023 at 10.00 a.m., local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labelled as follows:

- Envelop A : administrative documents;

- Envelop B : technical offer;

- Envelop C: financial offer.

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum execution deadline of the work shall be 03 (Three) months for each of the lots from the date of notification of service Order for the commencement of works.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on, the 27/04/2023 at 12.00 a.m., local time by the South West Regional Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the conference

hall of the Regional Assembly, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) of the public contracts code. That is, it shall be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score and the lowest financial offer.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids

Complementary technical information may be obtained during working hours from the cabinet of the President of the South West Regional Assembly
