Within the framework of the 2023 LINAFI Investment Budget, the DIRECTOR OF LINAFI hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HANGAR FOR THE AQUACULTURE CONCRETE TANKS (PHASE II) IN LINAFI

The works" comprise groundwork (laying of foundation) as well as form work in accordance with the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications. 

The estimated cost after preliminary study is: 29,938,000 FCFA

The work is one lot

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2023 financial year; Budget Head N°: 222006

Interested eligible bidders may consult the file during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI during working hours upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of: 50,000 FCFA at the Limbe Treasury

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI on 06/06/2023 at 12on clock

Each bidder must include in its administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of : 598 760 FCFA

The bid shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 06/06/2023 at 1:00pm local time by the LINAFI Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of School. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

6- Absent or insufficient of bid bond

15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the

following:

1- Financial capability

2- Enterprise's references

3- Methodology

4- Availability of material and essential equipment

5- Experience of supervisory staff

- The jobbing order shall be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bids best fulfilled the Administrative; Technical and Financial conditions of this tender file.

NB: Minimum Technical Score is 70%

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
